In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pluss77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the pluss77 platform, licensed by PAGCOR to offer online gaming and sports betting services in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the pluss77 website accessible at pluss77.com, the pluss77 mobile application, and any related services, tools, or features made available by pluss77.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

By accessing the pluss77 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pluss77 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pluss77 or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pluss77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pluss77 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the pluss77 Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on pluss77. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: pluss77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents and any additional documentation requested by pluss77 as part of the KYC process.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pluss77 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify pluss77 of any changes to your registered personal information by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support.

pluss77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the pluss77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: pluss77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by pluss77 within the timeframes specified on the Platform for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Verification requirement: pluss77 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods or accounts not registered in your name.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your pluss77 Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. pluss77 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. pluss77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to their source.

All Wagers placed on the pluss77 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Minimum bet: The minimum Wager on pluss77 is ₱10, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular game or market.
• Bet confirmation: A Wager is only valid and binding once you have received a confirmation from the pluss77 system. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical errors or connectivity issues are not valid.
• Odds and prices: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. pluss77 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error, and any Wagers placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at pluss77's discretion.
• Void bets: pluss77 reserves the right to void any Wager where there is evidence of system error, data feed error, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets will be refunded to your Wallet.
• Winnings: Winnings from confirmed Wagers will be credited to your Wallet promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game outcome.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Wager, the records maintained by pluss77's gaming system shall be the definitive reference. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event settlement.

pluss77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. pluss77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or other means will result in Account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your Wallet without compensation.
• Abuse: pluss77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Modification: pluss77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pluss77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pluss77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other players' Accounts, or pluss77's systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without pluss77's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any pluss77 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pluss77's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pluss77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system failures, or circumstances beyond pluss77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.

pluss77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pluss77 Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pluss77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• pluss77 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• pluss77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your Account.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• pluss77 decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pluss77 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

pluss77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pluss77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the pluss77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pluss77's customer support team for informal resolution. pluss77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable. Any remaining disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
